He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Skoglund and Alice Skoglund (Scully); and his siblings, John Paul Skoglund and Mary Kay O'Neil (Paul). He is survived by: his wife Suzi Opfer; his children, Andrew Skoglund, Paul Skoglund (Maria), Becky Toffton (Glen), Mandie Willis, Michael Skoglund (Emily) and Christopher Skoglund; his grandchildren, Abbie Potts, Alex Potts (Megan), Austin Potts (Brooke), Sean Skoglund, Madeline Skoglund, Elissia Willis, Owen Willis, Isaac Willis, Autumn Skoglund and Joshua Skoglund; his great grandchildren, Olivia Potts and Emma Potts; and his brothers, Steve (Lynne), Bill (Michelle), Marty (Ann) and Dan (Elaine). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Tom's name to one's favorite charity.
