With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Sample of Sandusky, Ohio, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 31, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Calvin and Helen Eileen Sample (Fitzmaurice); his daughter Marilyn Ann Turner (Gregory); and his siblings, John Sample and Gerri Cascio.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Sample (Manganiello); his children, Thomas "Tom" Sample (Candace) of Sandusky, JoEllen Michel (Larry) of Huron, Jeanne Melillo (Matthew) of Wichita, Diane Kluding (Ted) of Norwalk and Kathleen Mulvin (Michael) of Sandusky; and his siblings, Curt Sample (Susan) and Judy Ciampi (Richard) of Yonkers, NY. He is also survived by his 19 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
