She is survived by: her friends, Dr. Bob and Bill W. Ruth; her husband Troy Tackett; and her children, Helen Richards (Raymond) of Karnack, TX and Kurt Tackett (Candice) of Sandusky. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
