She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard Berens; her son James "Jim" Berens (Paula); her parents, Henry Beyer and Maria Beyer (Kuntel); and her siblings, Emily, Gertrude, Holly, Betsy and Art.
She is survived by: her son Gerald "Jerry" Berens; her granddaughters, Angela Cresap (Andy) and Jennifer Bilczo (Adam); and her great grandchildren, Michael, Thomas and Andy Bilczo. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
