With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ola Regains (Sandusky, Ohio), born in DeKalb, Mississippi, who passed away on October 8, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Grant (Peden) and Henry Clay; her stepfather Andrew; her grandsons, Vernneal "Sugarman" King Jr., Vernneal King III and Johnnie James; and her siblings, Elise Taylor (Henry), Martha Belmer, Moddie Cole, Helen Blakley, Mable Cromer (Thomas), Sadie Grant, John Grant and Jimmy Grant.
She is survived by: her children, Marlene Pettis (Kenneth) of Sandusky, Andrea Grant of Sandusky, Sophonia Williams (Larry) of Columbus, OH and Lynn Lewis of Akron, OH; and her sister Carolyn Nickelson (Welston). She is also survived by twenty five grandchildren; twenty two great-grandchildren.
