He is survived by: his sons, Kaleb James Fox (Lauren Matthews) of Sandusky and Hayden Henry Fox of Sandusky; and his siblings, Debby Peters (Kevin) of Venice, FL, Lori Poggiali (Todd) and John Fox (Mandy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
