She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur R. Green, Sr.; her parents, Andrew O. Bell, Sr. and Flo Edna Hicks (Robert); her daughter Roberta Baker; and her grandson Christopher.
She is survived by: her children, Carole A. Bell of Chicago, Anita L. Baker of Sandusky, Richard Bell-Whatley of Pensacola, FL, Matthew S. Green of Sandusky and Arther R. Green of Sandusky; her brother Andrew Bell (Emma) of Summerfield, FL; her grandchildren, Michelle, Latoya, Terrance, Janique, Avery, Azarian, Adrian, Dayton, Stacey, Candace, Courtney, Janae, Lauren and Richard; her niece Sheila Ashley (Darrell) of Chicago; her nephews, Kelly Whigham of Miss and Robert Smith of California; her cousins, Andrea Horton of Baltimore, MD, Darrell of Baltimore, MD, Bryant Jones of Baltimore, MD, Doris Howard of Gary, IN, Edward "Bee" Bryant of Sandusky, Rodney of Sandusky, Paula of Sandusky and Richard Koonce of Sandusky; and her close friends, Michael Cubertson, Dondi Alexander, Dextanie Jones, Monica Miller, Jeff Hardin, Ron Kaman, Megal Ervin, Joan Pettis and Mark DeHann. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
