He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Tolley and Icie Tolley (Duncan); and his brothers, Billy and Jack. He is survived by: his wife Zelma Tolley (Highlander); his sons, L. Roger Tolley Jr. (Linda) of Willard and Jeff Tolley (Bonnie) of Monroeville; his granddaughter Heather Zsebik (Jason) of Vermilion; his great grandchildren, Alyssa and Mason; and his close friend Bob Justice (Juanita) of Vermilion. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
