He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Castello and Margaret Castello; his former wife Marcia; and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie; his children, Sarah Pearston (Terry), Matthew Castello (Deann) and Andrew Castello (Jeannine); his grandchildren, Savannah, Evan, Trevor and Samuel Mayer; his siblings, Tom Castello (Yoshimi), Robert Castello (Julie), Virginia Lillian, Connie Castello, Kim Corder (Frank) and Pam Castello; and his sister-in-law Carol Castello. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in John's name to the Disabled American Veterans or to Stein Hospice.
