She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd "Doc" Spoerr and Alma Spoerr (Heinzerling); her husband Tom R. Shank; her daughter Susan; her grandson Douglas Schuley; and her sister Joyce.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Schuley (Richard) of Seymour, IN, William "Bill" Shank of Sandusky and Robert "Bob" Shank (Joannie) of Sandusky; her grandchildren, Benjamin Schuley, Laura Luna (David), Aaron Shank (Sandy Minton) and Matt Thomsen (Stacy); and her great grandchildren, Eloise Luna, Landon and McKenzie Thomsen.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, Sandusky Chapel (2001 Columbus Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A wake will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at the Toft Funeral Home, Wakeman Chapel (16 Cooper St, Wakeman, OH 44889).
