Janis McKenna Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2021, at the age of 94, Janis McKenna of Sandusky, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Webster Thomas and Elise Cook (Cullen); her husband Francis H. "Fran" McKenna; her daughter Sharon Austin; her grandson Jeffrey J. McKenna; her son-in-law Jim Rowles; her sisters, Mae Elise Scudder and Lurline Banks; and her brothers-in-law, Robert Scudder, William Banks and Robert Kennedy.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy McKenna (Sherry) of Sandusky, John McKenna (Susan) of Buckeye, AZ, Elizabeth "Beth" McKenna of Parma, Molly Windisch (Doug) of Sandusky, Julie Stokes (Peter) of Catawba Island, Jennifer "Jenny" Rowles of Sandusky and Barbara Thring (Ronald) of Venice, FL; her grandchildren, Kari, Kristy, Matthew, Tami, Jacob, Kelli, Drew, Dane, Aaron, Kyle and Patrick; her sister Helen Kennedy; and her son-in-law Chuck Austin of Niles, MI. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
