She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Hoffman and Jane Hoffman (Blosser); her brothers, Paul Basinger and Dal Hoffman; and her brother-in-law Tom Wade.
She is survived by: her parent-in-law Zenovy Staniecki; her sisters, Becky Wade of Olmstead, NY, Bobbi Fee (George) of Dola and GiGi Fetter (Randy) of Ada; and her nieces and nephews, Wendy Deshetsky (Ralph) of Olmstead, NY, Kelly Eger (Tim) of Olmstead, NY, Jenny Gilbert (Bill Wynkoop) of Carey, Alicia Wissman (Travis) of Ada, Aaron Acheson (Lori) of Ada and Andy Fetter (Shelby McGrath) of Lima. She is also survived by 8 great nieces and 5 great nephews.
