He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bickley and Norma Bickley (Riblet); and his siblings, Betty Mingus and Laddrick Bickley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Spencer (Pasqualini); his daughter Rose Marie Gagnon (Arthur "Sonny" Gagnon) of Sandusky; his granddaughters, Amy Cabot (Joseph) and Renee Gagnon-Didion (Jeffrey); and his siblings, Marilyn Mingus of Bellevue, Patricia Hoover of Sandusky, Anita Hemmer, James Spencer of Sandusky, William Spencer of Huron, Bradley Bickley of Huron and Robert Bickley of Collins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
