He was predeceased by: his parents, Delos Blair and Lila Blair (Scott); his wife Eugenia "Genie" Blair (Berti); and his brother Delos Blair. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Roberts (Jeff) of Roanoke, IN, Kyle Blair (Gail) of Sandusky, Diane Berkey (Dave) of Sandusky, Chip Blair (Yvonne) of Sandusky and Brandon Blair (Heidi). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
