She was predeceased by: her parents, Javier Suarez and Gloria Suarez; and her sister Lilly Ludwig. She is survived by: her husband Thomas C. Hartson; her sons, Paul Kovac (Kristin) and Jon Kovac; her granddaughter Karmen Kovac; and her sister Gloria Simon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
