It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Alton Patchen Sr. of Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on September 18, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Patchen and Lillian Mae Patchen (Liedorff); his children, Phyllis Rosa and Robert Patchen; his siblings, Audrey Jane Watkins, Phyllis Patchen, Shirley Kocker, Kermit, Clifton and Reed Patchen; and his close friend Leila Fritz.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Gessner of Sandusky, OH and George A. Patchen Jr. (Deanna) of Wakeman, OH; his sister Barb Streng (Ron); and his daughter-in-law Lynda Patchen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
