He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward F. Yontz and Carrie B. Yontz (Haynes); his son Donald Leroy Yontz Jr.; and his brothers, Ronald E. Yontz, Leon A. Yontz, Thomas E. Yontz and Edward P. Yontz.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Autum and Bryanna; his wife Janice Yontz (Warren); his children, Larry Yontz of Sandusky, Laurie Yontz of Sandusky, Terri Alexander (Timothy Sr.) of Sandusky, Tammie Kurtz (Christopher Bledsoe) of Sandusky and Pamela Yontz McDonald (Lonell Taylor) of Sandusky; his granddaughter Jena; and his siblings, Marcia A. McCormick (David) of Sandusky, Debra A. Yontz of Sandusky, Sandra M. Yontz of Sandusky, Barbara L. Yontz of Sandusky, Gary C. Yontz Sr. (Kathy) of Sandusky, Daniel R. Yontz (Catherine) of Sandusky, Clarence R. Yontz (Verna) of Sandusky and Dale A. Yontz (Karen) of Texas. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren.
