It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Bouska (Sandusky, Ohio), born in Maple Heights, Ohio, who passed away on May 25, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Bouska and Elizabeth Bouska (Sugalski); his daughter Jacquelyn J. Bouska; and his great grandchild Anthony Puskar. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ellen Herbst; and his children, Lawrence R. Bouska (Jane) of Strongsville, Jerome R. Bouska (Patty) of Medina and Deborah J. Smart (Randy) of Port Clinton. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
