She was predeceased by: her parents, Milford Dean and Ruby Dean (Ball); her former husband Danny Lewis; and her brother Roger Dean. She is survived by: her fiancé Steve Davidson; her sons, Dan (Jessica), David (Alyssa) and Donny Lewis; and her siblings, Betty Pitsenbarger (Gary), Jeanie Butler (Al), Mary Dean, Thomas and Frank Dean (Deb). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
