We are sad to announce that on May 2, 2021, at the age of 76, Charles Pfefferkorn of Sandusky, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard F. Pfefferkorn and Ida Mae Pfefferkorn (Nielsen); and his son Jeremy J. Zavala. He is survived by: his wife Sue A. Pfefferkorn (Ohlemacher); his daughters, Amy L. Crouch of Sandusky, Julie A. Gau (Palm Beach) and Jody S. Ach of Huron; his grandchildren, Matthew Crouch (Lisa), Joshua Crouch (Dana), Christopher Smith (Mallory), Alyse, Alexa Brummett, Aaron Brummett (Abbey), Ajay Brummett, Tyler Zavala, Tabitha Zavala, Garrett Cole, David Gau (Amanda), Michael Gau (Abbey) and Jennifer Gau; his great grandchildren, Brycen Resor, Hailee Crouch, Seth Crouch, Skyler Timbs, Aiden Tuttle, Kylie Reitz, Alaina Brummett, Juniper Thompson, Rowan Gau, Everly Gau and Oliver Smith; his sister Marilyn Mingione of Mesa, AZ; his daughter-in-law Heidi Zavala of Milan, OH; and his friends, Bob, Linda Beaudin, JoAnn, Dave, Sue Weiland and Sandy.
Due to the COVID-19 health concerns, the wearing of face masks (they will be offered) and social distancing will be mandatory.
