He is survived by: his daughter Donna L. Diebold-McCarthy; his grandchildren, Jordan McCarthy, Rowan McCarthy, Katherine R. Kotnik, Morgan Kotnik and Bailey Kotnik; his son Charles Curtis Deisen (Wendy Vance); his grandchildren, Matthew Diesen, Evan Diesen and Emily Jenkins; his friend Carol Schmidt; his children, Lisa Perry, Trisha Schmidt and Henry John Schmidt (HJ); and his sister-in-law Janet Smith. He is also survived by nieces, cousins, beloved friends, and great grandchildren.
