It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brunell Hendrickson of Sandusky, Ohio, born in Gilbertown, Alabama, who passed away on April 20, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Denton and Nettie Kirksey (Simpson); her siblings, Ida Mae Bonner, Mattie B. Beckwith, Rosie Polk, Carrie Napier, Nettie Philon, Albert, William, Jessie and Joe Kirksey; and her siblings-in-law, Louise Kirksey, Eddie Lee Kirksey, Printiss, Edison and Willie Rot.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl and Tony; her grandchildren, Tobias and Shaniece; her great grandchildren, Cierra, Najaree, Sayvon, Jordan, Anthony and Shani; her great great grandchildren, Aiyanna Williams and Navee Myers; her siblings, Alfred Kirksey, Nather Kirksey, Lottie Jones and Fannie Young; and her sister-in-law Jessie Kirksey. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
