Wraggs (Hardin); her children, Anesha Garnett (Thomas) and Paul Garnett, Jr.; her siblings, Alton Wraggs (Cindy) of Cleveland, Sharon Carr (Howard) of Sandusky, Debra Jeter (Victor) of Sandusky, Brenda Irby (Dale) of Sandusky and Artisha Williams (John) of Akron; her close friend Erdis C. Payton; her cousin Janet Philon; her close friends, Cindy Knight of Sandusky, Doris Pickens of Sandusky and Penny Alexander of Sandusky; and her goddaughter Nautyka Garrett. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
