Alice Louise-Lee (Lee) Bickhart Obituary

Alice L. Bickhart, 69, of Bellevue, died at Stein Hospice, Sandusky on Sunday, March 7, 2021.

Alice was born in Monroe, Michigan on November 4, 1951 to the now deceased Merrill and Vivian (Mallinger) Lee.

She attended Immaculate Conception Catholic School, then graduated from Bellevue High School 1969. She graduated from Kent State University in 1974 with a social work degree. She had worked at various places in social work.

On September 13, 1980, she married Barry L. Bickhart. He survives, along with their daughter, Laura Bickhart and grandson, Ayden Jennings Ladd, all of Bellevue.

After marriage, she received her RN degree and worked for Ohio Veterans Home-Seacrest in Sandusky, Ohio for twenty five years prior to retirement.

Also surviving are a step-son, Christopher Bickhart of Columbia, Maryland; two sisters, Charmaine (Wayne) Amos of Bellevue and Cynthia (Russell) Ryder of Dallas, Texas and two brothers, Chuck Lee of Michigan and her twin brother, Harry (Dawn) Lee of Roanoke, Virginia.

Mrs. Birkhart was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Creighton and a brother, Jack Lee.

At this time, there are no services planned for Alice, as were her wishes.
