He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyt Safreed and Florence Safreed (Bebout); and his siblings, Phyllis, Thomas, Edward, Glenn and Donald.
He is survived by: his wife Geneva Safreed (Bragg); his son Wayne Allen; and his sisters, Vivian and Delores. He is also survived by three Grandchildren.
