She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Puch and Shelley Puch (Bucey) of Smithfield, OH.. She is survived by: her daughters, Kristina Wade (Bill) and Casey Cunningham; her brother Todd Puch (Christine); and her grandchildren, Michelle Hall, Kaden, Sara Wade, Grayson Cunningham and DJ McNeely.
