It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Hubbard of Salineville, Ohio, born in East Liverpool, Ohio, who passed away on February 22, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Hubbard and Alma Hubbard (Smith); and his stepdaughter Jeannie Roudebush. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Brott (Sanders) of Seymour, IN, Kevin Hubbard (Stephany) of North Kingsville, OH, Franklin Hubbard of Salineville, Steven Hubbard (Jo-An) of Akron and Gloria Morris of Salem; and his stepchildren, Michelle Torchik of Carrollton, Dewayne Garrett of Washingtonville, Christina Parrish (Ray) of Wellsville and Troy Huff of Wellsville. He is also survived by his wife of 42 years, whom he married, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
