He is survived by: his wife Betty Puthoff (Geier); his daughter Lori; his son-in-law Scott Bussard of Miamisburg; his grandsons, Kyle and Jakob Bussard; his siblings, Donna Mae (Mike Dorsten), Janet Puthoff, Bob Butcher of Celina, Gary (Marla Puthoff), John (Karen Puthoff), Tony (Cathy Puthoff) and Marcia (Jeff Schwieterman); and his parents-in-law, Bill White of Greenville, Luella Eilerman of Ft. Loramie, Lucy and Dan Moeller of Maria Stein.
