She was predeceased by: her daughters, Eileen Hoying and Linda Kanney; her son-in-law Neil Stemley; and her siblings, Wilfred (Julianne Bergman), Anna Rita (Joe Sanders), Linus (Rita Bergman), Salome (Art Pleiman), Alvina (Sebastian Evers), Mary (Vic Evers) and Albert Wilker (George Hoying).
She is survived by: her husband Herman H. Hoying; her children, Judy Stemley of St. Henry, Carl Hoying, Bernice Hoying of Belle Center, Millie Stammen, Marv Stammen of Greenville, Vern Hoying, Sue Hoying of St. Henry, Nancy Hemmelgarn, Jerry Hemmelgarn of Celina, Karen Gels, Charlie Gels of St. Henry, Mary Jane, John Post of St. Henry, Bonnie Knapschaefer, Jack Knapschaefer of Coldwater, Alice Homan, Dave Homan of Coldwater, Mike Kanney of Celina, Dan Hoying, Brenda Hoying of St. Henry, Lorraine Paxson, Kent Paxson of Minster, Susan Hoying of Centerville, Gary Hoying and Annette Hoying of Coldwater; and her sisters-in-law, Neoma Hoying of Coldwater and Justine Wilker of Coldwater. She is also survived by 40 grandchildren, 70 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
