It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolores Nieport of Saint Henry, Ohio, born in Sharpsburg, Ohio, who passed away on August 24, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Urban Abels and Mary Abels (Braun); her husband Anthony Nieport; her son Ernie Nieport; her granddaughter Kyle Rindler; and her parents-in-law, Elmer, Delores Abels, Ralph, Joan, Marion Neargarder, Walter, Marceil Abels, Carroll Abels, Eugene Abels, James Abels, Mary Jane, David Larger, Rose, Ed Zumburge, Joseph, Gertrude Nieport, Alberta, Albert Weitzel, Bernadette and Roman Lochtefeld.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon (Steven Heitbrink), Steven (Lucy Ann Nieport), Janet (Bob Heeke), Jerry Nieport of St. Henry and Judy (Ron McCoy); her grandchildren, Greg, Virginia Heitbrink, Mike, Jamie Heitbrink, Carin (Rindler), Ryan Osterfeld, Katie Heyob, Matt, Katie Nieport, Joe Heeke, Will Heeke, Doug Nieport, Brian Nieport, Scott, Karen McCoy, Melissa, Dave Veatch, Bryan and Courtney McCoy; and her parents-in-law, Paul, Roberta Abels, Nancy Abels and Marlene Abels. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; siblings.
