He was predeceased by: his father Earl Lookabaugh; his brother Jerry Lookabaugh; and his siblings-in-law, John and Carolyn Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Janet Lookabaugh (Harvey) of Rushsylvania; his children, Terry Lookabaugh of Georgia, Tami Ludwig of Bellefontaine, Thad Lookabaugh (Valerie) of Orient and Cody Lookabaugh (Maggie) of Rushsylvania; his grandchildren, Joe, Megan, Bo and Cameron; his great grandchild Owen; and his siblings, Connie Lusk (Mark) of Byhalia, Laura Edington (George) of Byhalia and Larry Lookabaugh (Edie) of Zanesville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
