She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Epp and Mary Epp (Sapp); her husband Charles Rowe; her daughter Judy Bowman; her stepson Gary Rowe (Helen); and her siblings, Luther Epp, Floyd Epp, Harry Epp, Mabel Stang, Eva Fulton and Betty Shaw.
She is survived by: her stepson Ronnie Rowe (Gaby); her children, Patsy Patterson (Teddy), John Rowe (Elaine) and Charles David Rowe (Michelle); and her son-in-law Dave Bowman. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; and many other loving relatives and friends.
