She was predeceased by: her husband Richard A. Forman; and her parents, Richard Steg and Edna Steg. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Todd, Keith, Maia, Tess, Alexx and Andrew Forman; and her siblings-in-law, Dan Forman and Marlene Forman.
