He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. Horace and Betty Rudge; his wife Barbara "Bobbe"; his children, Scott Rudge (Antoinette), Stacia Skoog (David) and Carrie Cofer (Jim); his grandchildren, Sarah Skoog Brown (Andy), Katherine Skoog, William Rudge, Elisabeth Rudge and Jamie Cofer; and his brother Richard B. Rudge (Nancie). He was also cherished by in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
