She is survived by: her husband Loren Starcher; her daughter Cathy Dougan; her stepchildren, Charlotte Hoefort, Shelly Spring, Pat Grigs, Randy Starcher and Lisa Eden; and her brother Joe Taylor. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
