He is survived by: his siblings, Elaine Blaze (late Ronald), Robert (Terry) and Sandra Barnett; his nieces and nephews, Carrie Bodnar, Sherry Wilber, Robert Funtash, Jr., Debra Cox, Thomas, Paul Schrecengost, Mark Barnett and April Blaze; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Melissa Oiegar, Luke, Sadie Funtash, McKenzie, Colten, Sheridon Wilber, Crystal Barnett, Brian Cox, Tammy O'Day and Daniel Schrecengost.
