With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lee Saphos (Rocky River, Ohio), who passed away on August 3, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Sam A.; her children, Suzanne DeGeorge (Vincent), Alex G. (Janet) and Maria Vassilaros (George); her grandchildren, Vincent Jr. (Tammy), Arianna DeGeorge, Alexia Saphos, Sam Vassilaros and Tia Klay (Christian); and her brothers, James and Leroy Harouvis. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
