She was predeceased by: her husband Jack F. Bazydlo; her parents, Walter Kerklo and Laura Kerklo; and her brother John Kerklo. She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth (Christine) and John (Lisa); her grandchildren, Kenneth C. (Sarah), Joseph (Austin) and Nicole German (late Michael); her great grandchildren, Jack Bazydlo, Grant Bazydlo, Mason Hamm, Dani German and Sienna German; her sister Helen Zurek (late Edward); and her nieces and nephews, Lynda Kozlowski (Scott), Ron Zurek, Sharon Arnold (David) and Sydney Zurek.
