He is survived by: his daughter Mina Cheriki of Columbus; and his siblings, Morad Cheriki of Avon, Kaniz Cheriki of Iran, Sherif Cheriki of Iran and Mehrangiz Cheriki of Iran. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
