He is survived by: his children, Trisha Masoner-Koprivec of Columbus and Donald David MacDonald III; his grandchildren, Christopher S. Koprivec II of Columbus, Nicholas A. Masoner of Boston, Kaitlyn MacDonald and Joshua MacDonald; and his brother Millard MacDonald (Beverly).
