It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernadette C Ratcliffe (Rocky River, Ohio), who passed away on February 4, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Patricia Carter (late Stephen), James P. Keane, Jr. (Mary Jo), Meri Jopek (N. J. Presswala, M. D.) and Kathleen Keane; her siblings, Marie McCarthy, Frances Sullivan, Margaret Clark, James Tighe and Thomas Tighe; and her friend Mary Ann Kilbane.
