He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Luginbill and Goldie Luginbill (Bollenbacher); his wife Helen Luginbill (Huffman); his daughters, Shari (Charles Koontz) and Michelle (Brian Fennig); his grandchildren, Kyle Luginbill (Lea), Lucas Luginbill (Danielle), Drew Luginbill (Allie), Brandy Salamone (Jeff) and Kayleigh Powell; his sister Norma Jean Fuson (Charles); his son Todd; his sisters, Leona Amburgey and Mary Luginbill; and also, Kenneth and Vernon Luginbill.

Private funeral services for the family, due to Covid 19, will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 p. m., at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford.
