With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leland Billington of Rockford, Ohio, born in Decatur, Indiana, who passed away on February 19, 2021 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Billington and Ilva Billington (Sprunger). He is survived by: his children, Mitchell Billington (Shelby) of Decatur, Matthew Billington (Mackenzie) of Berne, Indiana and Julie Knebel (Zachary) of Willshire, Ohio; his girlfriend Rita Blossom of Rockford; his stepsons, Boone and Jake Blossom; his siblings, Sharon Wilson (Jerry) of New Jersey, Roy Billington (Sharon) of Ossian, Marland Billington of Muncie and Allen Billington (Edith) of Geneva, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Paityn Billington, Morgan Knebel, Atticus Billington, Harper Billington, Fitzgerald Billington, Charlee Knebel, Maverick Knebel and Beckett Billington.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking that preferred memorials are to the family to pay for funeral expenses.
