We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2023, at the age of 91, Emma Lou Shaffer of Rockford, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Carl Severns; her husband Danny Shaffer; and her brother Robert Severns (Bea). She is survived by: her children, Susie Miller (Don) and Gary Shaffer (Sherry); and her grandchildren, Darby Miller (Cheryl), Jason Shaffer (Lori) and Jenny Shaffer. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to Parkway Booster Club.
