He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Muhlenkamp and Virginia Muhlenkamp (Snavely); his wife Tammy Kerrigan; and his brother Jeff Muhlenkamp. He is survived by: his sons, Nicholas Muhlenkamp of Rockford and Matthew Kerrigan (Katherine) of Vancouver, Washington; and his siblings, Chris Muhlenkamp of Coldwater, Beth Wendel (Don) of Monroe, Pam Siegrist (Andy) of Fort Recovery and Mike Muhlenkamp (Cindy) of Celina, Ohio..
