She was predeceased by: her parents, James Skaggs and Sula Skaggs; and her husband Charles Carroll. She is survived by: her daughters, Tawnya Mosher of Rockbridge and Jackie McGuire of Laurelville; and her grandchildren, Tara Williams (Mike), Todd Mosher (Nikki), Tiffany Mosher, Lauren Darr (Dustin), Alex McGuire and Alaina McGuire. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
