He is survived by: his children, Matthew Wood Socrates of Barberton, Michael Wood Socrates (Angela) of Wadsworth and Anna Gluck (Michael) of Wadsworth; his grandchildren, Mariana, Soren, Leo and Ruby; and his sisters, Patty Cramer (Ed) of Pennsylvania, Sue Woods of Wooster and Vickey Roth (Alvin) of Marshallville.
