She is survived by: her husband John Slates; her daughters, Cristy Elliott (Jeff) and Kelly Christoff (Todd); her stepson Chris Slates (Kristen); her siblings, Linda Blake and Flip Bridenbaugh (Tracey); and her grandchildren, Darci Richardson (Josh), Hayden, Hannah Christoff, Margo Matics and Aubrey Slates.
