It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth H. Spencer of Richmond, Ohio, who passed away on October 7, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Hitchcock and Margaret Hitchcock; her siblings, Gordon Hitchcock, Doris Mae Root, Marjorie Brown and Martin Hitchcock (Robert Spencer); and her daughter Carissa Spencer.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Spencer (Robert); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Spencer of Ohio, Robbi Rowe of California, Remington Redetzke of South Dakota and Gunnar Spencer of Ohio.
