He is survived by: his wife Louanne Applegarth (Faulkner); his children, Richard (Jennifer) of Las Vegas, NV, Emily Brunker (Doug) of Cuyahoga Falls, OH and Brian (Jennifer) of Richmond, OH; his grandchildren, Kyle and Kirsten Applegarth; and his siblings, Ron Applegarth (Patti), Velva Buckmaster and Judy Dugan.
